Connect your first workspace
Install the Slack app, sign in, and verify the workspace mirror.
#1. Install the Slack app
Choose Install app from the login page. Slack asks for the bot scopes required to observe channel activity and maintain the tenant mirror.
#2. Sign in with Slack
Sign-in is a separate OpenID flow. It establishes your workplace identity and role; it does not reuse or expose the installation bot credential.
#3. Verify the control plane
The Home screen reports installation health, mirrored channels, and configured capabilities. Owners and admins can change configuration; members get a read-only view.
Local development
Vite proxies /api to the local Hono server, so the browser follows the same cookie and authorization path used in deployment.
