Compose workspace capabilities

Skills, MCP servers, and model providers are resources. A capability layer decides whether each resource is enabled at a workspace or channel scope.

#Start with workspace defaults

Use the Capabilities screen to make a resource available across the workspace. Governance allowlists can further constrain which resource identifiers may participate.

#Apply a channel override

Open a mirrored channel and explicitly disable or enable resources for that channel. A channel override is auditable configuration, not an implicit prompt instruction.

#Inspect the effective composition

The Composition view shows selected skills, MCP tools and resources, model routes, and every allow or deny decision used to derive that result.
